Here at Re-Puter LLC we do not charge a bench fee or any other fees past our hourly rates.  Hardware and 3rd party software costs extra but no more than our purchasing costs.  

In-Store Hourly Rate

$10 per hour / per technician working on your issue

Remote Location Hourly Rate

$25 per hour / per technician dispatched 

Remote in store Support (screen sharing / online help)

$10 per hour for individual clients

$20 per hour for business clients

Custom Software, graphics, audio/video, etc. is billed on a per project basis which is calculated from approximate billable hours and any 3rd party costs.

Investigations are billed at an in-store rate unless reported otherwise.

Websites cost $50 per page with up to five custom graphics, or $100 for a whole site with unlimited graphics when you opt for our e-business website w/ one year maintenance plan.

•      Our maintenance plan costs $24.99 a month or $200 a yr if paid with $100 website purchase.
